Moreno Cedroni, chef/owner of the Michelin two-star La Madonnina del Pescatore in Senigallia, Italy, will be cooking at Domani in Pacific Place from Tuesday to Thursday next week. The dishes will be available as a set lunch on all three days, at a wine dinner on Tuesday (HK$1,800 plus 10 per cent, and limited to 18 guests), and for a set dinner on Wednesday (HK$1,585 plus 10 per cent, or HK$3,000 per couple). Cedroni's dishes include amberjack with leeks, lemon grass sauce, flowers and fried amaranth; '1,000 coloured' cuttlefish; and duck leg with raspberry vinegar caramel, crispy white cabbage and white cabbage sauce. Mezzo Grill at the Regal Kowloon Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui is featuring tomato dishes until Tuesday, but excluding the weekend. The ?la carte selection includes hothouse tomato stuffed with mozzarella cheese and basil oil (left); chilled pepper and tomato soup with crab cocktail; and baked tomato cake with vanilla ice cream. FoFo by El Willy on Wellington Street in Central is serving a special dinner on Wednesday. The Balcony restaurant at the Cityview hotel in Kowloon has seafood on its set dinner until the end of the month. The seven-course menu is HK$388 plus 10 per cent and includes shrimp toast with crab meat and crab roe; sauteed diced lobster and vegetables with black truffle paste; braised abalone with oyster sauce; and grilled garoupa fillet glazed with corn syrup (left). Jean-Marie Bourgeois, owner of Domaine Henri Bourgeois in Sancerre, France, and Clos Henri in Marlborough, New Zealand, will host a dinner on May 24 at Nobu restaurant at the InterContinental Hong Kong. The seven-course meal includes king crab tempura with amazu ponzu, paired with Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Blanc Jadis 2008; and grilled US beef with yuzu truffle butter with Clos Henri Pinot Noir 2008.
