HK Post launches new student stamp design competition

If you're a stamp enthusiast, this news is for you. Draw inspiration from your stamp collection at home and enter the annual Hong Kong Post stamp design competition.

The 12th Inter-School Stamp Exhibits Competition is open to all primary, secondary and university students. You can enter individually or with a group of up to four.

Entries will be divided into age groups of below 12; 12 to 15; and 16 and above. Depending on your age group, you can submit up to five frames - a frame is the design for a stamp series, including the first-day cover. Each frame should include 16 standard-sized album pages (four by four), with a size of 23cm by 29cm.

Participants should also submit a written explanation with their designs.

The winner in the individual category will win a trophy, a serviced first-day cover and HK$3,000 book coupon. The winner of the school awards will take home a trophy and a deluxe version of the 2011 Prestige Annual Stamp Album.
