Sino Land and partners have marketed Providence Peak, the second phase of Providence Bay, with a preview of Christie's spring auctions at Watermark. In the event organised by the SCMP, almost 300 special guests were able to appreciate a display of rare jewellery and watches worth HK$76 million. Providence Peak, next to Tolo Harbour, has 537 apartments ranging from 788 sqft to 2,548 sqft, and 11 houses.
