Chateau Fontenil is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and its winemaker Michel Rolland (pictured, above) will be in town for a wine dinner at The China Clipper in The Peninsula Hong Kong on May 30 at 7pm. Guests will have a chance to meet Rolland, who started the winery, and taste the French wines paired with a six-course menu that includes braised French duck leg, Australian lamb with red wine sauce, a selection of cheeses and a melon gazpacho with meringue and strawberry sherbet for dessert. The cost is HK$1,200 per person and for reservations call 29202888.
