The government's land sales have gathered momentum with the sale of a prime site in Shouson Hill in Island South through public tendering. Nan Fung beat eight other bidders to buy the 110,000 sq ft site in Deep Water Bay Drive for HK$6 billion, matching expectations. In the third quarter, the government will sell eight plots worth about HK$21 billion to supply about 5,000 units. The government is confident of meeting its annual target of supplying 20,000 units.
