As the 15th anniversary of the handover approaches, Hong Kong's relationship with the mainland remains tetchy as the city develops closer ties after a century-and-a-half of separation. Epitomising the unease felt by many Hongkongers over integration is the issue of mainland women coming here to give birth. The change since 1997 is stark.
