'He has got breathing issues and if he can get it right then he is good'
Nobody said that it wasn't overdue, but Summer Dash finally got the job done at his second run down in Class Four and David Hall revealed there has been a story behind the five-year-old's disappointing form line. With three wins from five starts in Australia, Summer Dash (Mark Zahra) had looked like he would compete at higher level than Class Four but, despite a handful of placings, his 21 starts before now had been winless. 'He is a bit hit and miss. He has got breathing issues and if he can get it right then he is certainly good enough,' said Hall. 'You just never know when he is going to get his full air. If he gets back and strikes interference and loses his breathing, it's hard for him to recover.'
