Time for relaxation, friends and family
March 21 - April 19
In The Lord of the Rings, author J.R.R. Tolkien wisely states: 'The road goes ever on and on.' This is how you're feeling after travelling a great distance with your studies. It's as though you've reached the top of one mountain, only to see another million peaks waiting to be climbed. Don't fret or stress about your future. You've done a good job and nobody can take that away from you. Rest is best.
April 20 - May 20
You win some and lose some - that's the name of the game in your life this week! After all your efforts over the past few months, you may still feel like there's so much to achieve. Yes, there is: but how about patting yourself on the back for what you have done so far?
An upbeat, cheerful attitude will see you through the next round.
May 21 - June 20
Being kind and giving are your tickets to success and contentment over the next few days. Perhaps the universe feels you owe someone a debt; maybe even to yourself? As a result, you should consider what lovely, deliciously happy and caring things you can do for others and yourself now. After all, everybody's earned it! Make use of your free time to do something worthwhile.
June 21 - July 22
Occasionally, there's nothing better than relaxing your mind until it is completely empty. That's your goal this week - and it's more difficult than it seems. You've been filling your head with facts and knowledge for so long that you may have forgotten to simply be.
Let go of busy thoughts by reading a magazine, picking flowers or staring at clouds.

Focus on finding the very best in your friends this week, as your social group may be a little tense at the moment. Everyone is tired and that's understandable, so try not to judge others or yourself and rather choose to enjoy each other's company.
Gossip, insults or negative chit-chat will slap you in the face if you are tempted to engage in it.

Is there something important you've wanted to say, but have been putting off for a while? Now is the time to do it. A special letter, a tricky conversation or a much-needed hug for someone you've neglected: whatever it is, there's no better moment than the present. The universe isn't interested in excuses, so work with the opportunity you have to make the world a happier place.

In the mad rush to achieve great results, you've forgotten to take care of your health and happiness. Now you have the chance to wind down a little and get some much-needed energy back. What's the best way to do this?
Start by eating more healthily and do your best to go to bed early. It's also wise not to watch TV or play on your phone right before sleep.

Life would be dull without friends - but being a friend to yourself first is one of the most important life lessons you'll ever learn. Now you have a lot more time to breathe, 'chill out' and just be, think about what matters most to you and what gives you absolute joy. Don't just follow the crowd to fit in. Do something just for yourself, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem to others.
