Man dies after car plunges down slope
A 30-year-old car driver died when he lost control of his car and it crashed into a rail and fell down a slope. The man was driving along Pok Fu Lam Road towards Western when the accident happened. Fireman cut the seriously injured man out of his car and he was sent to Queen Mary Hospital where he was declared dead.
Mother reports son to police for using drugs
A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia after police found several syringes and the drug Dormicum in his flat in Tuen Mun. The man's 65-year-old mother reported him to the police.
Teens injured in knife attack by gang of eight
Two East Asian teens, aged 15 and 17, suffered injuries to the head, waist and back after being attacked by eight other East Asians with knives. Police are searching for the eight suspects, aged from 15 to 20 years old.
