Lilian Au Lai-lin, assistant GM and head - credit analysis and control department, Mizuho Corporate Bank

Au has been promoted to assistant general manager and head of Mizuho Corporate Bank's newly established credit analysis and control department. She will handle credit applications related to local blue chips, mid-caps, financial institutions, China-related corporations and other credit-risk-control issues. She has substantial credit experience with the bank and other top-tier financial institutions.

Vincent Lim, senior vice-president, business development - Singapore, Neuberger Berman

Lim joined Neuberger Berman from UBS Global Asset Management in Singapore. He also spent several years with Allianz Global Investors Singapore, where he was responsible for mutual fund sales and business development with clients and partners across Southeast Asia. He will continue to be based in Singapore with a regional focus on Southeast Asia's financial institutions. Lim reports to Nick Hoar, Neuberger Berman's head of Asia.

Katherine Lau, general manager - corporate quality and sustainability, Fuji Xerox Hong Kong

Lau will head up the Fuji Xerox team dedicated to making the company's operations sustainable and overseeing its efforts to contribute to the community it serves.

In her 17 years at the company, she has worked hard to ensure that the Hong Kong arm of the group lives up to its corporate vision. As well as helping the company capture two awards in 2012, her efforts have seen the company win over 20 CSR and environmental-performance awards in recent years.

In addition to over 10 years' experience in the field of quality and sustainability, Lau holds a master's degree in quality management and a bachelor's degree in business communication. She also holds a Six Sigma black-belt certification.

Johnny Wong, senior vice-president and country head - Taiwan, Neuberger Berman

Wong joined Neuberger Berman after six years managing the overall operations and business development at UBS Global Asset Management in Taiwan. Reporting to Nick Hoar, head of Asia for Neuberger Berman, Wong will continue to be based in Taiwan. He will be responsible for both Neuberger Berman's intermediary and institutional marketing activities. Wong spent 19 years in the fund-management industry in Asia, nine years of which were in Taiwan.
