Look of the week
There's nothing like a bright white outfit to show off a tan - but if you're more of the pale and interesting variety, try a white bag instead.
Just make sure it's blindingly, luminously white.
Pastels are feminine without being overdone. Mint is such a versatile colour - you only need a touch. Nail polish is subtle; even slight chipping will probably go unnoticed. A tank top would be great for layering as well - perfect for the summer weather.
Embedding microbeads onto your nail polish for a 3D effect is trendy, but not too in-your-face. It's fun to mix a few differently coloured microbeads together for a one-of-a-kind pattern: you can even match your nail polish to complement the microbeads.
There have been regular bake-offs at YP HQ recently, with Sue, Joyee and Karly all getting in on the action. Of course we know that too many cakes are bad, so when common sense kicks in, we're enjoying mini versions of our favourite cupcakes, muffins and brownies - same recipes, just smaller portions!
Green & chic
Hydration is a must in the summer. Although bottled water is cheap, costs (monetary and ecological) can add up.
So why not buy a bottle that filters water as you drink. As one tiny Bobble filter equals at least 300plastic bottles, they're definitely an investment - plus they now come in all the colours of the rainbow.
Bieber watchThrough his Twitter, JB has confirmed that he is taking his Believe Tour to Australia from July 15-18, as well as to Asia, though we don't know exactly when.
Meanwhile, an official tweet from Sunrise, Australia's number-one breakfast show, announced that JB will be performing for them in Sydney's Overseas Passenger Terminal.
Unfortunately, the competition for the tickets is closed and winners are entering the second round of the lucky draw. We hope this concert will be successful and safe, unlike the riotous one in 2010, which ended hastily when cops were called.
One Direction's Niall Horan apologised on Twitter for swearing on his arrival at Ireland's Dublin airport. The band was returning from the US. He was filmed on a mobile phone, jokingly saying the expletive to the waiting crowd of girls. However, the fans who uploaded the video defended his actions, saying it was all in good fun.
Slumber party movie trio
With the release of Step Up Revolution this summer, it's time to relive all those epic dance-offs with a Step Up marathon. They have a bit of everything - the misunderstood jock, the underdog, the girl who doesn't realise how talented she is ... They're a little cliched, but too entertaining to resist.
Keep an eye on ...
