Metals deposit discovered

A NEW silver-lead-zinc deposit has been discovered in Chenxian county, Hunan, according to the China Geology and Mineral Resources News which says the deposit is believed to contain reserves of 531,700 tonnes of lead and zinc and 743.8 tonnes of silver.


The average grade of the deposit is 5.08 per cent lead, 2.97 per cent zinc and 112.8 grams of silver per tonne.
