Jon Chung, general manager - marketing, Fuji Xerox Hong Kong

In his new role, Chung will have strategic responsibility for all marketing-related functions for the full range of Fuji Xerox product and solution lines. Now in his 10th year with Fuji Xerox, Chung has held other sales and marketing positions in the company. Chung, who has an MBA from CUHK, has also worked in marketing roles for other information and communications technology companies in Hong Kong.

Bhavna Jagtiani, associate director - consumer marketing, Edelman Hong Kong

Previously the co-lead for Edelman India's consumer team, Jagtiani brings with her over nine years' experience of working with clients in FMCG, retail, consumer tech and lifestyle. She has provided counsel to clients for brand positioning, media programmes, strategic brand marketing and crisis management. '[Jagtiani] has a mandate to broaden Edelman's consumer offer,' says Andrew Kirk, managing director of Edelman Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Frederick Laydon, chief operations officer - Asia, Principal Global Investors

Laydon will have direct oversight of a number of Asia-region (ex-Japan) functions, including legal, compliance, finance, IT, client services, trading, operations and administration. He will work closely with Andrea Muller, Principal Global Investors' chief executive, Asia, in developing strategy and operational infrastructure to drive business growth. 'I have no doubt that [Laydon] will support the next step in the evolution of our business,' says Muller.

Johnny Heng, MD and head of active advisory - Asia, Coutts

Heng, based in Singapore, will look after specialist advisory services in Asia. He and his team will consult with clients on the design of bespoke investment strategies and solutions. Heng will report to Ken Sue, head of products and services for Asia. '[Heng's] appointment underscores our commitment to listen to our clients and provide them with exceptional wealth-management solutions that meet their evolving needs,' says Sue.
