The Trade and Development Council's Tea Fair and Food Expo will be held this month at the Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. A 'cake' of 112-year-old puer tea to be shown at the fair is estimated to be worth at least six figures, according to Sun Sing Tea retail manager Kelvin Yeung Ka-kay (main picture). On Kee Dry Seafood managing director Richard Poon Kuen-fai (right, bottom) shows a HK$650 abalone dish that will be offered for just HK$1 to the first 20 customers during the expo from August 16 to 20.
