CHINA will construct a large acrylonitrile butodiene styrene (ABS) production base with the help of three Japanese companies.

According to a contract signed by the Jilin Chemical Industrial group and the Japanese companies, the chemical resin production base will be located in Jilin province, and will have an annual production capacity of 100,000 tonnes.
