MARINE Police arrested nine mainlanders and seized 12,810 loudspeakers on board a fishing vessel off Tsing Yi power station early yesterday.

A security guard at the Harbour Container Depot, south of Tsing Yi beach, alerted police at 2.25 am that people were taking goods from a container.

Within 20 minutes, one of four police vessels intercepted a 21-metre vessel off the power plant.
