Forty years after his death, two of Bruce Lee's siblings reminisce about their famous brother's life and a legacy that is inspiring a whole new generation of fighters. Jo Baker reports.
Taiwan-based Malaysian singer Gary Chaw's Sensational Sound Concert over the weekend at the Coliseum attracted a bevy of celebrity fans, including singers Andy Lau Tak-wah, David Huang Dawei and Li Quan.
A few times during the concert, Chaw was moved to tears. He said he was excited he had finally been able to take the stage at the prestigious Hung Hom venue. He gave special thanks to Lau.
'I have to thank him because, when I was little-known, Andy asked me to be a guest singer at one of his concerts. But I was ill and missed the opportunity. So today, my dream is finally coming true.'
With so many musician friends showing up to support him, from Taiwan, Hong Kong and the mainland, Chaw hosted a grand after-party to celebrate. 'I've been so busy the whole time I've been on tour that I've hardly had time to meet my friends for dinner. We are bound to have a lot of fun and a lot of catching up to do tonight now that we are finally together,' he said.
