Easy-peasy crispy cakes

What you'll need:

Dark chocolate

Cornflakes

Marshmallows

Steps:

1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water.

2. Add the cornflakes and marshmallows to the melted chocolate.

3. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly coated with chocolate.

4. Spoon blobs of cake mixture onto a piece of cling film, baking paper or aluminium foil.

5. Sprinkle mini M&Ms on top to decorate.

6. Freeze in the fridge for one hour until they are set.
