Claim: creates volume without sacrificing on shine, absorbs excess oil and neutralises product build-up for bouncy and gleaming hair.  
Verdict: Skinny Skinny's shampoo is a nice unisex scent of spicy cardamom and refreshing grapefruit. It absorbs any greasy feeling but as it's a powder, even application is difficult. Bumble and Bumble's hair powder rejuvenates hair as promised and is the perfect fix to give an updo staying power. The colour makes it effective for covering up any thin patches or roots between appointments but it's not waterproof so you have to avoid rain or sweating. It also leaves a residue on hands, brushes and pillowcases if the product hasn't completely dried. The strong aerosol spray of Phillip B lifts the hair and cleanses with an oriental perfume, which is handy for masking any stale scents.
