POLICE arrested two men for allegedly trying to burgle two flats in North Point. The two were detained in the lift lobby of Healthy Garden in King's Road. One had a 40-centimetre metal bar believed to have been used to prise open the metal gate of a flat on the 21st floor of Block F.
