SCMP Reporter

A SUBSIDIARY of Tricom Holdings, Carmay Investment, announced the completion of a car-park swap with Boson Investment for car-parking spaces in the Paramount Building in Chai Wan.

  No cash payment was involved under the agreement because the value of the two car-parking spaces are identical.

  In another sale agreement, Carmay bought from Boson car park number five in the Paramount Building for $700,000.

  The acquisition will be funded by Carmay's internal resources.

   A deposit of $70,000 was paid on Monday, with the balance to be paid on Friday.
