CHANNEL V has signed a deal with the Singapore Broadcasting Commission to provide eight hours of programming on a weekly basis, including Rewind, The Billboard US Top 20 Countdown, By Demand , and the Asian Top 20.

The six-month deal is significant because the STAR TV signal cannot be accessed from Singapore.
