Vision was established out of a merger between two firms with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Harnessing the expertise of interior design company Decovision and furniture company Vision Furniture and Decoration Factory, Vision ventured into property management. Its first project was the Vision Hotel Apartments, a 21-floor tower with 125 suites for short or long-term stays.

Vision Hotel Apartments showcases the company's attention to detail. Aside from being the first hotel in Abu Dhabi to provide complimentary Wi-fi connectivity, the hotel boasts of 24-hour business centre services and entertainment and leisure facilities.

With the support of Decovision and Vision Factory, Vision is able to implement regular soft refurbishment projects and maintain the hotel's aesthetic.

"We strive to keep customer satisfaction levels high in terms of facilities and services. Other competitor hotels have a 50:100 employee-room ratio, while ours is 80:100. This contributes to our high ranking in travel sites," says Richard Haddad, group general manager of Vision Hotels Management.

Collaboration with property developers, airlines and hospitality industry players for the past five years has helped Vision in raising its standards. Setting its sights on growing regionally and internationally, Vision seeks partnerships with companies that can help raise the hotel's profile as the leading choice for business travellers.

Vision's new properties, Vision Meena and Vision Links, will also better position the company to cater to the growing number of business travellers to the UAE, particularly Asians. Vision has translated key pages of its website into Chinese, Korean and Japanese, demonstrating its commitment to foster bilateral relations between Asia and the UAE.
