Swim records for HK pair

HONG KONG'S Tam Chi-kin and Billy Kwok each set national records at the World Cup short course meeting in Sheffield, England, yesterday.

Tam clocked two minutes, 20.26 seconds for a national best time for the men's 200 metres breaststroke while Kwok clocked 1:00.70 to better the existing mark in the men's 100 metres individual medley.

Both swimmers failed to reach the final of their respective events.
