Robber fondled woman in lift
A MAN who repeatedly attacked women in lifts fondled one of his victim's breasts before making off with her jewellery, the District Court heard yesterday.
About 4 am on June 2, Ng King-shing, 18, followed Lui Sai-wah into a lift in the block of flats she lived in.
Ng punched Ms Lui in the face. He gagged her with a piece of paper and stripped her of a gold necklace and bracelet. Before leaving, he paused to fondle her breast.
Later that morning, Ng followed a woman into another lift, hit her and stole her gold jewellery.
Ng attacked two more women in the next fortnight, one of whom was taken to hospital after he kicked her repeatedly.
He pleaded guilty to indecent assault, robbery and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Judge Chan adjourned sentencing until March 8, pending background reports.
