FOLLOWING on from our piece yesterday about American celebrity stalkers Mackenzie McCaulley and Dawn Bratcher, who were banned from the Richard Marx concert at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium over fears they would cause trouble, Keeping Posted can reveal that the promoters of the gig asked the Federal Bureau of Investigation for help.

The promoters expressed real concern that the women could pose a danger to Marx, but the Hong Kong office of the American crime-busting agency said that it had insufficient evidence to start an inquiry into the case.

However, the agency did confirm that police in the women's home state of Washington were looking into the case.

The women have since left the territory for Singapore, hoping to attend Marx's concert there.

We've had no word on whether they managed to get in.
