DERRIK Lewis, above, the popular American cabaret singer, stylist and pianist who performs in The Bar at The Peninsula, has so taken to Hong Kong that he has decided to record a CD dedicated to the territory.

Entitled A Yank in Hong Kong, it will feature piano solos from some of the great American composers such as George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, Johnny Mercer and also from Britain's Ivor Novello, Noel Coward and Andrew Lloyd Webber. A must for fans of piano composition.
