I AGREE with C. K. Lau's article on cartoons, 'All Wrapped Up' (South China Morning Post, March 18). Cartoons and comic strips have become very popular especially with teenagers. Nowadays, shops everywhere are selling them and most teenagers can buy or rent them easily too.

The Government should increase the surveillance of cartoons and comic strips. And parents should pay attention to what kind of books their children read. Otherwise our society will fast deteriorate.
