SHENZHEN B shares were mixed yesterday, with heavy trades in China Southern Glass, the country's largest manufacturer of high-grade process glass, and Shekou Port.
The Shenzhen CLSA B index rose 0.01 per cent to 771.31 points. Turnover was HK$1.81 million.
Shekou Port, a favourite with foreign investors due to southern China's booming foreign trade, accounted for $770,000 of total trade, and was unchanged at $4.35.

China Southern accounted for $60 million of total turnover. It was also unchanged at $4.56.
The company is expected to report good results due to a healthy profit increase by Shanghai Yaohua Pilkington Glass.

The CLSA A-30 Shenzhen index rose 1.28 points to 1,085.33.
