Beethoven and Brahms devotees get the champagne treatment

BEETHOVEN and Brahms with champagne and oysters. That's what was on offer at the Mercedes-Benz Master series concert staged by the Grand Hyatt - an event fast catching on as an integral part of the social calendar. Complementing the brilliant classical renderings of violinist Saschko Gawriloff was the tantalising fare served up by executive chef Joseph Budde and his team. It was an evening well tuned to the needs of body and soul.
