I REFER to the letter from Mr A.E. Gately, of Mid-Levels, headlined, 'Lamenting loss of vinegar', which appeared in the South China Morning Post, on May 24.
We have temporarily run out of stock at Brett's Seafood restaurant and orders have already been placed with Australia.
Our orders are coming in and regular vinegar will be available at our restaurant shortly.
We would like to ask Mr Gately to get in touch with us regarding the member of staff who said 'this is China', when Mr Gately made mention of the vinegar, so we can look further into the matter.
