FOUR men believed to be members of a syndicate producing fake passports were arrested in a guesthouse in Chungking Mansions, Tsim Sha Tsui. Ten suspected fake Singapore, German and Sri Lankan passports, immigration stamps and loose passport pages were seized.

An accounts book found in the room revealed the syndicate had been selling the passports at up to $10,000 each.
