ROBYN Lamsam took her personal gold medal tally to three as Hong Kong enjoyed another successful day in the pool at the Pacific Ocean Games in Cali, Colombia.

Lamsam, who already has gold medals in the women's 200 metres and 400 metres freestyle, bagged another win in the women's 100 metres butterfly.

Hong Kong have now won five gold medals in the competition with hurdler Chan Sau-ying and judo player Wu Ching-hui also winning their events.

Mark Kwok also won his third swimming medal, a silver in the men's 400 metres freestyle to add to his two bronze medals.

The territory's medal tally now stands at five golds, one silver and three bronzes.
