DANIEL J. Edelman has concluded talks with Peter Sherwood over the right to use the Edelman name in Hong Kong.

Mr Edelman is chairman and chief executive officer of public relations company Daniel J. Edelman Incorporated and Edelman Public Relations Worldwide.

Under the terms of their agreement, Mr Sherwood will operate his privately-held company under his own name.
