ORIENTAL Metals (Holdings) has announced the resignation of non-executive director Gong Junqing effective yesterday. He has been replaced by Xu Kaixing.

Last night the company thanked Mr Gong for his services and welcomed Mr Xu as the new non-executive director, which also took effect yesterday.
