A woman's touch needed

IT is indeed quite commendable on the part of our Government to have chosen Michael Suen - a man - to be the Hong Kong representative at the United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women, which is to be held soon in China.

I understand from a reliable source that the following subjects, among others, are to be discussed at this conference: 1. Pregnancy and child birth 2. Breast feeding vs bottled milk 3. Pre-menstrual problems 4. Menopause.

Will Mr Suen be contributing his personal experiences at the conference? Come on, Mr Suen, have some common sense and instead send one of our able lady legislators - Christine Loh, Emily Lau or Anna Wu.
