Brushing up
OH, don't you love the eccentric New Zealanders. From the 'we're-not-Australian' crowd who brought you bungy jumping to prove they're mad, comes a treatise on paintings by cats.
Apparently, if you plonk your moggie in front of an easel with pots of paint to dip its paws in, it will produce you a masterpiece akin to Van Gogh's Sunflowers.
One minor problem is it will be upside-down for the obvious reason that cats lie around looking at the world the wrong way up for much of the time.
This tongue-in-cheek look has been published with the assistance of such a notable organisation as The British Council for the Promotion of Non-Primate Art, which of course we have all heard of . . . right?
