Western police were last night questioning the 57-year-old proprietor of a medicine shop to determine whether goods in his shop were bought from a gang which stole them form supermarkets. He was arrested after police trailed two men making a delivery of goods stolen earlier from a North Point supermarket. Police are hunting for a further 18 people, believed to be involved in a syndicate which steals from supermarkets and later sells the goods at 20 to 40 per cent of the usual price to medicine shops.
