Cash stolen at terminal

A TRAVEL bag containing $430,000 and US$10,000 (HK$77,300) was stolen from a man at the check-in counter of the China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui yesterday.

Wong Fu-de, 50, had withdrawn the money from a nearby Hong Kong Bank planning to travel to Jiangmen, Guangdong. He found his travel bag missing as he put the bag on the counter and checked in his other luggage.
