Developer prepares to offer more flats

HENDERSON Land Development is to put apartments at its two residential developments on the market by early next month.

They include the 136-unit Lagoon Court housing project in Tai Po and the 198-unit Fairview Height housing project in Seymour Road, Mid-Levels.

Henderson Land senior property manager Donald Cheung said the two developments were expected to be released by the end of this month or early next month.

Lagoon Court, with a total gross floor area of 80,058 square feet and a single tower residential block, with unit sizes varying between 521 and 774 sq ft.

The development was expected to be completed by March next year.

The Fairview Height units varied from 470 to 681 sq ft and the project was to be completed by December.

Pricing for the upcoming launches of two developments had not been decided.

The company's four residential developments in Tseung Kwan O, would, if all sold, generate an estimated net revenue of about $24 billion.

The best site would provide a total gross floor area of 11.8 million sq ft.

The second would provide a total area of 2.83 million sq ft. Two other would each provide a developable area of 1.2 million sq ft.

One of the last two would be offered for sale in August, 1996.
