I REFER to the article headlined, 'Economist top weekly', in the Media and Marketing page of the September 27 issue of the South China Morning Post.

In terms of circulation, the Economist most definitely is not the region's top weekly.

Asiaweek 's most recent audited ABC statement (January to June, 1995) reports our circulation to be 102,266 - more than 59 per cent higher than the Economist.
