Big day at Stadium
THE Hong Kong Football Association have decided to play both semi-final matches of the Senior Challenge Shield on the same day - December 7 - at the Hong Kong Stadium.
The Shield begins in earnest on November 23 with a second-round match between Frankwell and Mansion at Mongkok Stadium.
Holders Uhlsport-Rangers begin their campaign with a second-round match on December 1, taking on the winners of the South China-Happy Valley first-round match. Golden and Instant-Dict play in the other first-round match.
The final is scheduled for December 17 at the Hong Kong Stadium.
Meanwhile, the HKFA have rescheduled the South China and Rangers league match - abandoned last week because of a rainstorm- for the Hong Kong Stadium on November 16.
Two other abandoned matches have also been rescheduled.
The Instant-Dict-Golden league match will be played on November 17 at Mongkok Stadium while the Mansion-Happy Valley game has been fixed for November 19 at the same venue.

Second round: Winners of South China-Happy Valley v Uhlsport Rangers (December 1), Hong Kong Stadium; winners of Instant-Dict-Golden v Sing Tao (December 3) Mongkok Stadium; Frankwell v Mansion (November 23) Mongkok Stadium; Club v Eastern (November 24) Mongkok Stadium.
