LEGISLATORS yesterday called for the Government to make public its proposals to China on how to adapt or localise Hong Kong legislation relating to official secrets, treason and sedition.

Officials have put proposals which are consistent with the Bill of Rights to the Chinese side for discussion in the Sino-British Joint Liaison Group.
