TWO men were thrown into Victoria Harbour as their barge carrying 16 tonnes of diesel oil sank off the Western public cargo area, causing an oil spillage. Divers plugged the pipes of the Hong Kong-registered Ruby Three, while the Marine Department's Pollution Control Unit cleaned up the 10 by 10-metre spill. The crew managed to swim aboard a nearby barge.
