PETROVIETNAM chief executive Ho Si Thoang said yesterday no decision had yet been made to renegotiate a production sharing contract with Australia's BHP. The Australian giant has threatened to shut down its Dai Hung field - one of only three Vietnamese oil fields in production - unless PetroVietnam agrees to take less of a cut in light of declining yields. 'We're still talking and the relationship is healthy but nothing has been finalised,' he said.
