I HAVE lived in Tung Tau Estate for about five years. There are two playgrounds around Pak Tung House.
Since last year residents in Pak Tung House have had trouble sleeping, because of the noise coming from the playgrounds.
On several occasions, a large number of people have played games of football, sometimes as late as 2am and even 4am.
They also talk and laugh very loudly, thereby keeping residents awake.
This is a cause of concern to me, because I have to get up early and I find it very difficult to do so.
There must be noise restrictions at nightand time restrictions saying when football matches can and cannot be played.
I think the relevant government department should look into this matter and stop these people from making a noise.
