FPD seeks tenants for complex
A HUGE business complex dedicated to the fashion industry will be spotlighted during Hongkong Fashion Week.
Trademart Singapore, currently under development on a site next to Singapore's central business district, will be a giant market place for the fashion industry.
It will comprise 300,000 square feet of leasable showrooms and offices, 600,000 sq ft of warehousing, parking for 550 vehicles, restaurants, function rooms, a fashion library, hospitality suites and event halls.
The development, which will be ready for occupation in August, will house everyone involved in the fashion industry, from designers to suppliers and retailers.
Marketing agent First Pacific Davies (FPD), which is seeking tenants from Hongkong, has chosen Hongkong Fashion Week to spotlight the development locally.
Trademart Singapore is modelled on the hugely successful, three million sq ft California Mart in Los Angeles.
