I am deeply impressed by the excellent service provided by Apple Computer (HK) and would like to share this experience with your readers.
Earlier this week, I bought an Apple monitor but was not satisfied with a minor problem with the screen image. I had to break the box in order to take the monitor out and for that reason the vendor said she could not offer me a replacement, although she helpfully agreed to take it back for repair.
I called Apple's customer services, where someone promptly took note of my problem and called me back in 15 minutes to say that a replacement had been arranged.
By so doing, she clearly demonstrated that Apple takes its customers seriously. I find that most reassuring.
