The breathtaking hypocrisy of Bill Clinton seems to know no boundaries; his latest comments with regard to the bombings in Israel show exactly where his priorities are.

The support of the Jewish and Irish vote are crucial to him, hence his ability not to upset the Irish vote by taking the same stance against the IRA as he does against Hamas.

I somehow don't think that we will see any Hamas representatives being allowed to go to America to put their case.

IRA murderers have continuously been let off in American courts as their crimes are deemed 'political'.

I am not naive enough to believe that an Arab in the same circumstances would get the same kid-glove treatment.

Could it be somehow that the murder of a child in the UK by the IRA can be politically inspired whereas in Israel it can't be? If someone is capable of understanding that difference then please do not let me know, just run for political office in the US.
