Postal policy

I refer to the letter headlined 'Post Office should pay up' (South China Morning Post, February 21) in which your reader R H Fuller complained about the delay in delivery of a Speedpost item.


The writer complained that the Post Office does not pay any compensation in the event of loss or delay. We are now reviewing this policy and will keep R H Fuller informed of the outcome.
